According to dating site Zoosk, there is one type of exercise in particular that could make people fancy you.

In fact, on average people who have it listed as a hobby receive 160 per cent more messages than those who don't.

It seems any activity that requires strong flexibility is seen as a plus, with Zumba, yoga and kickboxing also topping the list.
